In my last blog post I showed you a way (StrengthsFinder 2.0) to assess your personal talents and abilities.  When choosing a business, it is important to know what you are good at doing.  But you have more gifts. In addition to your skills and natural abilities you have your character. Your character: (i.e. wisdom, courage, humanity, justice, humility and humor) are the bedrocks of your business.  People will work hard for you, buy from you, partner with you because of your character.
